From calling to reserve rooms for family reunion in area to ck out desk workers so helpful & Patience . Needed 7 rooms. Arrival they were ready with keys etc. All rooms were beyond clean , comfortable .
I was part of a large tour bus group. Our room was in great condition and well taken care of. Breakfast was very, very good and the hotel service staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the machines in the workout room were not in good condition. The noise from the highway did bother some in the group, but it didn’t bother me.
Very nice hotel. Room were good size . Easy to get to as it is right off I 83. The people at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. Great hot breakfast as they put different things out every day. The person in charge of the breakfast isn’t very friendly and will yell at you if you throw your trash away because she don’t want liquid or any food in the trash. Other then that a great place.
Very nice location rooms are comfortable and clean very nice staff and breakfast was good definitely will stay here again
Outstanding breakfast! Miss B. does an amazing job with service and variety. She had scrambled eggs each day, a large variety of sweet breads, waffles, and all the extras you need. Even bacon one day, and two different kinds of sausages. Usually have to go to a higher end hotel to get this quality of hot breakfast. Excellent job, Miss B. ! Rooms were nice, too!

I’ve now stayed in this hotel on four different occasions when I have needed to be in York. The staff is always very warm and welcoming and the rooms are clean and well provisioned. But it was Ms. Bert who serves up the breakfast in the morning who made my last stay there so exceptional. She takes beautiful care of the place, keeping everything cleaned and stocked. But she’s also has a wonderful wry wit and is compassionate. She made me laugh during a very stressful time and I thank her for her warmth and her care. If I ever need to be in York again, I will choose this hotel.
Stayed here for Madehoop basketball tournament. All prices of the hotels went up because of the event. Confort Inn too, but still reasonable compared with others. Convenient location, mins to everywhere. Rooms are very clean and fresh, Great stuff and service, Randy, and Walter , and all other stuff, are so nice and polite, always try to help, with their big smile all the time, that makes your trip more enjoyable. This is Definitely not a luxury place to stay, but more than enough for a family trip. Clean, warm, nice breakfast. I do not usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to write someone for these wonderful people. Good place to stay.
